From the 1st of January, 2008 Soyuz OJSC proposes administrative seven storied building with two storied additional building for renting (Siberian fair building), total area 15 000 square meters. At the present time this building is used as exhibition and office center. On the territory of enterprise there are land sections which can be used for building of module type heat-insulated warehouses, approximate area of which can be 4600 square meters (without zone for cars maneuvering).
